Project Work

since 2014: TRICKLET - Translation Research in Corpora, Keystroke Logging and Eye Tracking (DFG)

The project combines corpus analyses and translation experiments to study structural and cognitive complexity.

since 2013: e-cosmos - Integrating Electronic Tools to Derive Cognitive, Linguistic and Behavioral Patterns from Complex Multimodal Databases in the Humanities (HumTec)

A web-based platform is developed to integrate the multimodal data into a homogeneous model allowing analyses of linguistic, cognitive and kinetic patterns.

2012-2013: Flipper (Exploratory Teaching Space)

The flip-teaching method was implemented into the course Linguistic Methods and subsequently evaluated.

2011-2012: LEAR (Exploratory Teaching Space)

A web-based platform targeting students of English Studies was developed to improve English competence.

2010-2011: Kommunikationsmethoden (Exploratory Teaching Space)

The project analyzed how computer-assisted communication forms are used in the university teaching.
