Anmeldungen von Abschlußarbeiten

Zu Anmeldungen von Abschlussarbeiten: das ZPA wird zunächst die vom ZPA unterschriebenen Anmeldebögen als Scan per E-Mail an die Studierenden schicken, die eine Anmeldung anfragen. Diese sollen die Bögen dann ausfüllen und per E-Mail an ihre Erstprüfer*innen zur Unterschrift weiterleiten. Die Erstprüfer*innen unterschreiben anschließend und holen die Unterschrift des*der Zweitprüfers*in ein. Wenn beide Unterschriften vorliegen und die Anmeldebögen vollständig ausgefüllt sind (Titel/Thema, Startdatum etc.), schicken die Erstprüfer*innen diese als Scan per E-Mail direkt an das ZPA zurück. Das Original behalten sie, so dass dieses gestempelt werden kann, sobald die Prüfer*innen wieder Zugriff auf die Institutsstempel haben.
